Canadians: Sign paper petition
Government representatives from the following countries have indicated support for UDAW: Kenya, India, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Republic of the Philippines, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Tanzania, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovenia.
We want the government of Canada to join this growing list of countries and to do this we need your support.
We need to capture the attention of politicians by letting them know that Canadians support the UDAW and that this is an issue that is important to you. In addition to adding your name to the global online petition, we're asking that you help us collect signatures on a paper petition. The reason for this is that we want the petition to be read into parliament and the only way the Canadian government will accept it is in paper format.
