Humane Society Yukon
The Mae Bachur Shelter, also known as Humane Society Yukon exists to foster a caring, compassionate atmosphere, to promote a humane ethic and responsible pet ownership, and to prevent cruelty to domestic animals. To achieve its mission, the organization operates a small shelter in Whitehorse, Yukon, coordinates a network of dedicated foster homes, and adopts animals to loving homes.
